I get several hundred email messages per day across several accounts, gigs and points of reference.
I don’t use a single rule. I have one inbox. I treat them all the same way.
Required reading.
I aspire to be this way.
Glad it works for him, but not using rules to *help* with Inbox Zero is ridiculous, especially with mobile mail checking. I filter out a ton of stuff so I can check my email from my phone and not have to deal with a bunch of crap. Just the good stuff. The results are the same, but the method differs.
