Last night was my third Twins game of the season, a disappointing loss after a solid outing by Carl Pavano. The Twins inability to score with the bases loaded (happened twice last night) is very upsetting, but it will eventually come around.
The game was also my first with rain. It didn’t rain a lot, but just a steady sprinkle, enough to make the seats wet if you got up.
I bought the tickets off of Stub Hub the day of the game, scoring seats in section 112, which is behind home plate, and in row 3. The seats were incredible, and I realized it was my first baseball game ever from that close. My Dad’s work used to have season tickets 20 rows above the Twins dugout, but I’ve never been that close and behind home plate before. Such a different feeling, but I think I could get used to it. Oh, and we got the tickets for less than face value.
